Much more than dinner

A few surprises.
A lot of good company.

Picture a drink in hand, the water just beyond the lawn, and plenty of time to catch up. There’s something happening throughout cocktail time—but no need to rush from one activity to the next.

A coastal welcome

Oyster roast & cocktails

Start the evening with an oyster roast during cocktail time. Enjoy oysters, light hors d’oeuvres, and a drink while visiting with friends beside the water. Not an oyster fan? Enjoy the other bites and the company.

Right before your eyes

Roaming magic with Neal Chamberlain

Neal brings close-up magic to small groups as guests mingle. You won’t need to gather for a stage show—the surprises come to you, with conversation, laughter, and a few “How did he do that?” moments along the way.

Remember your first set of wheels?

Match the first car to the member

Was he a Mustang man—or did he start out in a well-worn station wagon? Visit the “My First Car” display and try to match each car to the member who owned it. Expect some unexpected answers and stories worth retelling.

When you register, tell us your first car’s make, model, and year so yours can be part of the guessing game.

Music by the water

A live band, an easygoing afternoon

Live music sets the mood for cocktails and carries the evening into dinner. Enjoy it from a comfortable seat, catch up with old friends, or get to know someone new—with the music kept at a level that welcomes conversation.

A little friendly competition

Try the putting challenge

Step up for a putt and see how you compare with your fellow members. It’s an easy way to join the fun, with a small prize and bragging rights on the line. Watching and cheering are welcome, too.

An evening to remember

Photos with friends & spouses

A photographer will capture the gathering, with a waterfront photo area for couples and friends. Take a moment for a photograph together, then return to the music, conversation, and festivities.

Everything is optional. Join a game, enjoy the magic, or simply relax with friends. This is your evening to enjoy at your own pace.

Around 6 PM

Pull up a chair.
Dinner is served.

As afternoon gives way to evening, we’ll gather for a seated dinner overlooking the water. The meal is served at the table, so you can settle in and enjoy your company without a buffet line.

Good food, quiet music, and time with friends—the kind of dinner that invites you to linger.

Here’s how it unfolds.
